Dispatch Center

Our Dispatch Center consists of two divisions. This separation of Light Trucks and Heavy Trucks is required to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered to our customers. The Heavy and Light Truck divisions are controlled and operated by two highly trained and experienced individuals with superior knowledge of the city and surrounding areas. All trips and details are carefully monitored providing for a seamless and uninterrupted flow of information to the drivers.

Dispatch Managers are also trained in every aspect of Chariot’s Health, Safety, Environment & Wellness Programs! This promotes Safety Culture throughout the entire organization!


Customer Service Center

Our Call Center, Customer Service Center and Sales Team have a combined 85 years experience of dispatching, driving and customer service experience in the Transportation Business. These highly trained and knowledgeable individuals will provide you with any questions or concerns you may have. The knowledge of the city, drivers, equipment and customer needs are second to none.

Customer Services Representatives are also trained in every aspect of Chariot’s Health, Safety, Environment & Wellness Programs! This promotes Safety Culture throughout the entire organization!


Safety Office

Chariot Express bases its success largely on its commitment to strongly focus on safety. Since its inception, Chariot Express has received the “Partnerships in Safety Award” through the Alberta Human Resources & Employment and the Alberta Construction Safety Association (ACSA). Chariot Express is unique when it comes to safety; also we are proud members of the Alberta Motor Transport Association (AMTA). We take great pride in the participation and support of both safety associations. Our commitment starts in the office with all members of our staff and extends to our drivers, owner/operators, customers and the general public within our communities in which we operate. Chariot is the leader in safety for our industry. We were the first to obtain our Certificate of Recognition in 1997 through the Alberta Construction Safety Association (ACSA) and we continue to expand our safety program. Currently we maintain an Associate Membership with the ACSA, AMTA and ISNET World. Our safety program consists of a full time safety officer & safety audit team that manages our program and implements new initiatives to continue to expand our program. The owners support the program insuring we remain leaders in safety within our industry.

The Safety Program is maintained and managed with the highest priority.  SAFETY FIRST!!!

The Safety Compliance Officer is fully trained is regards to NSC Standards, OH&S Legislation, NCSO Certification and much more!


Sales Office

Accounts Receivable Office

Booking a receivable is accomplished by a simple accounting transaction; however, the process of maintaining and collecting payments on the accounts receivable subsidiary account balances is a full-time proposition. The A/R Team is there for you to provide the highest quality of service to ensure your account is maintained and remains current.

The Accounts Receivable Representative is also trained in every aspect of Chariot’s Health, Safety, Environment & Wellness Programs! This promotes Safety Culture throughout the entire organization!

Accounts Payable Office

The process of maintaining accounts payable is a full-time job. The A/P Team is there for you to provide the highest quality of service to ensure your account is maintained and remains current. It takes dedication to maintain and operate a large fleet of trucks to ensure safety of all units is sustained at all times.

The President/Accounts Payable Manager is also trained in every aspect of Chariot’s Health, Safety, Environment & Wellness Programs! This promotes Safety Culture throughout the entire organization! John has demanded and promoted Safety as a culture throughout his organization for many years. The word “Wellness” comes to mind when speaking about Chariot’s Team in its entirety!
