Our Dispatch Center consists of two dispatchers: one dispatcher for our light trucks, and another dispatcher for our heavy trucks. This is done to ensure that jobs are assigned in a timely and punctual manner, that client as well as driver concerns are managed promptly, and that jobs are accurately priced and sent out for billing. Our dispatchers are long-time veterans with over thirty years commercial trucking experience and are intimately familiar with the City of Calgary and the surrounding area. Dispatchers also work with our customer service and safety teams to ensure that the right truck is sent the first time, and that the job is handled in a safe and compliant manner.

Our A/P Team is also here to assist in navigating past invoices and reconciling outstanding balances.
